Create Adpack

Summary

This automation takes your event expenses and puts them into a formatted, branded "adpack" template. You can optionally download attachments associated with each expense.

Set Up

Your account manager will work with you to recreate your existing adpack design in Sparrow.

Additional Information

• You can download the Adpack as a PDF or an editable XLSX file.

• Toggle "Include Attachments" on to download a Zip file of all attachments associated with the expenses.

• The mapping of the graphic automation is as follows:

  • Event Name → Info > "Headliner" or "Event Name" (if Headliner is blank)

  • Support → Info > "Support"

  • Image → Assets > "Press Photo"

  • Date → Info > "Event Date"
