# Create Adpack

### Summary

This automation takes your event expenses and puts them into a formatted, branded "adpack" template.  You can optionally download attachments associated with each expense.

### Set Up

Your account manager will work with you to recreate your existing adpack design in Sparrow.

### **Additional Information**

* You can download the Adpack as a PDF or an editable XLSX file.
* Toggle "Include Attachments" on to download a Zip file of all attachments associated with the expenses.
* The mapping of the graphic automation is as follows:
  * **Event Name** → Info > "Headliner" or "Event Name" (if Headliner is blank)
  * **Support** → Info > "Support"
  * **Image** → Assets > "Press Photo"
  * **Date** → Info > "Event Date"
