# Create Marketing Plan

### Summary

This automation allows you to insert event information a pre-made marketing plan template and download it as a PDF or an editable DOC/XLS file.

Your account manager will work with you to recreate your existing marketing plan design in Sparrow.

### **Additional Information**

* Marketing Plan Templates can be customized to be either Document-style or Spreadsheet-style.  Spreadsheet-style templates can contain additional formulas, for example having a "totals" column summing up all spends.
  * Spreadsheet-style templates can pull in "Planned Spends" from your Expense tab in addition to event data.
* Marketing Plans can be exported as a PDF or editable DOC/XLS file
